2026 Fish Camp – Registration Now Open!

Fish Camp is a hands-on immersive adventure program offered by the Arizona Council of Trout Unlimited.
The adventure is all about the fundamentals of fly fishing, while instilling a passion for conserving, protecting and restoring Arizona’s fresh water fisheries. Kids aged 13 to 18 will learn the skills necessary to select proper fly or lure and understand where to cast for best chance at catching a fish. Plenty of time is spent on the water fishing. Participants also will become proficient in technical skills like casting and the art of fly tying. Tuition is only $875 for this all inclusive 7 day camp.
We’ll be visiting creeks and lakes in Northern Arizona and having fun canoeing, learning about the critters in the creeks, tour a fish hatchery, and catching fish! Contact Arthur Greenway for more information: EducationChair@AZ-TU.org.

Spots are limited! Apply today to the most fun you can have learning! Kids will be fly fishing, making friends, building confidence and leadership skills! The Arizona Council of Trout Unlimited’s Fish Camp begins Monday June 22nd. Campers are advised to arrive at the Tonto Rim Christian Camp by 3:00 pm to settle in, get debriefed and attend dinner at 5:00 pm. Transportation to and from the camp is not included. Campers will need to be picked up by 11:00 am on the following Sunday.

Bedding-sleeping bag, sheet, pillow etc.

Tonto Rim Christian Camp does have a small camp store for any forgotten items or extra snacks cravings! The location also has many other activities that the campers may experience outside of fish camp activities! After registering you will be contacted for additional information and tuition payment.
